Lara’s early journey began while studying at St Mary’s University, where she worked as a runner on ‘It’s a Knockout’. It gave her a first taste of television production and encouraged her move into presenting. After graduating, she worked as a researcher before stepping in front of the camera. She became a broadcast journalist for Liquid News before joining Five News as their Weather Presenter, quickly becoming a familiar face.
