Juan began his academic journey with a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Boston University before earning a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. Early in his career, he served as a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Fellow and later worked as an International Trade Analyst at the US Department of Commerce.
