Sir Jason Kenny & Dame Laura Kenny

Sir Jason Kenny and Dame Laura Kenny are inspirational keynote speakers and Britain’s most successful Olympic cycling couple. Renowned for their extraordinary achievements on the track, Jason and Laura offer audiences a rare insight into elite performance, resilience, teamwork and winning under pressure. Together, they have won 15 Olympic medals, including 12 golds, making them one of the most decorated sporting partnerships in Olympic history.

Jason’s journey began at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester, where early track sessions sparked a career that would redefine British sprint cycling. After winning world and European junior titles, Jason made his Olympic debut at Beijing 2008 and immediately announced himself on the global stage, winning Olympic gold in the team sprint alongside Chris Hoy and Jamie Staff, as well as Olympic silver in the individual sprint. His rise was rapid, progressing from junior domestic competition to Olympic champion in just a few years. At London 2012, Jason strengthened his reputation as one of Britain’s greatest cyclists by winning Olympic gold in the team sprint and Olympic gold in the individual sprint. At Rio 2016, he delivered one of the standout performances of the Games, claiming three Olympic gold medals in the team sprint, individual sprint and keirin. He later added Olympic keirin gold and team sprint silver at Tokyo 2020, becoming Britain’s most successful Olympian with seven gold medals and nine Olympic medals. In recognition of his services to cycling, Jason was appointed MBE, OBE, CBE and later made a Knight Bachelor in the 2022 New Year Honours.

Laura’s story is equally powerful. Born prematurely and later diagnosed with asthma, Laura was encouraged to take up sport to help control her breathing. After joining Welwyn Wheelers as a child, she developed into one of the most successful endurance cyclists of all time. Laura became a European champion in 2010 and a world champion in 2011, before becoming one of the stars of London 2012 with Olympic gold in the team pursuit and Olympic gold in the omnium. She continued her dominance at Rio 2016, successfully defending both titles and becoming one of Britain’s most celebrated Olympic athletes. At Tokyo 2020, Laura won Olympic gold in the madison alongside Katie Archibald and Olympic silver in the team pursuit, becoming the first British woman to win five Olympic gold medals and the first British woman to win gold at three consecutive Olympic Games. Across her career, Laura won five Olympic gold medals, seven World Championship titles, 14 European Championship titles and two Commonwealth Games titles. She was appointed OBE, CBE and later Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to cycling. In 2025, Laura was named President of Commonwealth Games England, becoming the youngest person to hold the role.

As keynote speakers, Jason and Laura combine sporting excellence with a deeply human story of pressure, recovery, sacrifice and sustained success. Their talks explore high performance, leadership, teamwork, resilience, mindset, motivation, preparation, overcoming setbacks and building a winning culture. Whether speaking to corporate teams, leadership audiences, sporting organisations or educational groups, they translate Olympic experience into practical lessons that resonate far beyond the velodrome. Jason and Laura show audiences what it takes to perform when expectations are highest, how to stay focused through change, and why trust, discipline and belief are vital to long-term achievement.
