Alex began his career in technology and innovation management, contributing to strategic initiatives at IBM and Pfizer before joining Cisco in 2007. As General Manager of Cisco’s Global Innovation Centres, he built and led operations in 14 countries, generating more than 400 million dollars in new revenue. Over the next decade, he advanced through senior leadership roles, including Senior Manager, Director, and eventually Managing Director of Innovation Strategy and Digital Transformation.
