Jake Humphrey is a British broadcaster, entrepreneur and performance expert, best known as co-founder of Whisper and co-creator and host of The High Performance Podcast, a Sunday Times bestselling brand exploring excellence and resilience. With decades spent interviewing elite athletes, coaches and business leaders, Jake has developed a rare understanding of high-performance cultures.
