She is currently Chief People Officer of COPILOT Provider Support Services and the Principal of K Blue Consulting, where she advises organisations on aligning culture, leadership and business outcomes.
Kim began her career at ESPN, entering the corporate world as an Employee Wellness Representative before progressing through multiple HR leadership roles across audio, technology and content divisions. Her ascent within ESPN laid a strong foundation in employee experience, talent strategy and organisational effectiveness, ultimately positioning her for senior leadership roles in complex, fast-paced environments.
