After leaving Coca-Cola, Silvia transitioned into consultancy and thought leadership, applying her experience at scale to organisations across industries. In 2017, she became Founder and CEO of Feel Logic and Happiest Places to Work, consultancies dedicated to measuring and improving workplace culture using scientific methodologies. She later took on the role of Head of Research and Consulting at C-YourCulture, advising senior leaders on resilience, trust, collaboration and the future of work.
