Vicky Bailey

Vicky Bailey is a respected psychotherapist, performance coach and workplace wellbeing specialist whose career has been dedicated to helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable success while protecting mental health and resilience. Building on this experience, she launched Delphinus Sport, a consultancy that specialised in supporting elite athletes as they transitioned from competitive careers into new professional opportunities. She subsequently served as a specialist Sports College Lecturer at Loughborough College before joining the NSPCC’s Child Protection in Sport Unit as a Development Officer. Her growing interest in psychology, behaviour and performance led to the creation of Delphinus tmc Limited, an elite psychotherapy and performance coaching practice serving senior corporate leaders, businesses and high performing individuals. Alongside this work, she also completed a successful five-year tenure as a Wellbeing Adviser at the internationally recognised Loughborough University.
