Lisa Ventura is one of the UK’s most influential voices in cyber security, recognised for transforming complex technical subjects into engaging, accessible insights for businesses and professionals alike. As the Founder of Cyber Security Unity and the UK Cyber Security Association, she has dedicated her career to raising awareness of cyber resilience, championing diversity within the technology sector and strengthening collaboration across the industry. Today, she serves as Cyber Security Campaigns Manager at BlueVoyant, while also leading the AI and Cyber Security Association as its Chief Executive and Founder. Lisa’s career spans more than 20 years across public relations, marketing, communications and cyber security. She began in communications and project management roles before spending seven years supporting high-profile broadcasters and media personalities. She entered the cyber security industry during her time as Vice President of Global Operations at Titania before becoming a Cyber Security Consultant at BT. Her expertise continued to grow through consultancy roles with Pinsent Masons, Corinium Global Intelligence, Boost Technology Group, the UK Cyber Security Council, Logistics UK and Qualitest, where she specialised in cyber awareness, culture change and strategic communications. Alongside her work at BlueVoyant, she also serves as Strategic Consultant at Unity Group Solutions, Founder of Neuro Unity, Founder of Cyber Kindness, Associate Lecturer at the University of Worcester and President of the UK Chapter of the Global Council for Responsible AI.
