Dr Ayesha Khanna

Dr Ayesha Khanna is the Co-Founder and CEO of ADDO AI, a global artificial intelligence firm advising leading corporations and governments on emerging technologies. A respected keynote speaker, she is known for making complex ideas clear and actionable for senior leaders. Her influence in the field continues to grow and in 2025 she was recognised as one of Edelman’s Top 50 AI Creators, confirming her position as a trusted authority on the future of AI and digital transformation.

Ayesha’s journey began with a deep commitment to understanding how technology shapes economies and societies. After completing a BA in Economics at Harvard, she pursued an MS in Operations Research at Columbia University before earning her PhD in Information Systems at the London School of Economics, where she studied the foundations of smart city innovation. She started her career developing large scale data, risk and trading systems on Wall Street, experiences that grounded her belief in responsible and human centred technology. In these early years she also became Co-Founder and Director of the Hybrid Reality Institute, which explored how people and technology evolve together, and this work shaped much of her later thinking.

Her career since has spanned boardrooms, global advisory roles and entrepreneurial ventures. Ayesha’s leadership at ADDO AI, which was recognised by Forbes as one of Asia’s leading artificial intelligence companies, established her as a pioneer in applied AI. She later founded the charity 21st Century Girls, which taught thousands of young women coding and artificial intelligence in partnership with organisations like Google and PayPal. She has served on high level boards including Johnson Controls, NEOM Tonomous, the Health Promotion Board, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, AVEVA, and the Scientific Advisory Board of L’Oréal, roles that reflect the trust placed in her judgment on data, innovation and future readiness. In 2025 she expanded her impact again by becoming Founder and CEO of Amplify, an education company supporting mid-career women as they build the skills needed for an AI powered future.

Organisations hire Ayesha for her clarity, depth and practical guidance at a time when technology is reshaping every sector. She speaks on winning with AI, the future of work, smart cities, leadership and innovation, grounding each topic in real examples from her advisory work with Fortune 500 CEOs and government leaders. These subjects matter because businesses are navigating rapid change and need the confidence to make informed decisions about AI adoption and digital transformation. Ayesha’s ability to translate emerging trends into steps leaders can act on makes her one of the most compelling voices in the field and a powerful choice for any organisation preparing for the future.
