Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim is a former global Chief Marketing Officer, organisational psychologist and author of Lead Like a Girl, recognised for redefining leadership through empathy, resilience and human connection. With more than two decades of experience at senior executive level, Dalia has built a reputation for translating complex organisational challenges into practical strategies. As a speaker, she is known for equipping leaders with tools to create high performing, inclusive cultures that prioritise both wellbeing and commercial success.

Dalia began her career after graduating Summa cum Laude from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Business and Psychology. She joinedProcter and Gamble, where she spent over 16 years progressing through international leadership roles across Europe and Asia. Her career culminated in senior positions, including CMO of the Feminine Care Asia Hub and as global Marketing Director, one of the biggest directorship roles in Asia, helping to improve the company’s standing in Japan and Korea, and operating as part of the team leading the iconic ‘Always Run Like a Girl’ campaign, which won 14 Cannes Lions Awards and was recently chosen as the most recalled Super Bowl advertisement of all time.. She later joined Electrolux as Vice President of Marketing APAC, leading a major evolution of the organisation’s marketing strategy before founding Flow Leadership Consulting and Uppiness, focused on leadership development and positive psychology. She is also currently an Adjunct Professor for Positive Leadership at Singapore Management University.

Dalia’s work has earned widespread recognition, including numerous global campaign awards and leadership honours such as the ‘UK Advertising Award for best campaign, numerous Best Campaign awards, and multiple Cannes Lions Awards. She is a certified leadership coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coaching Federation, as well as a certified teacher in the Science of Happiness. She holds an Executive Masters in Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. Her book ‘Lead Like a Girl’ has become a widely respected guide to modern leadership, offering a fresh perspective on empathy, intuition and authenticity in business.

Alongside her consulting work, Dalia continues to advise organisations as an external consultant, supporting leaders to build psychologically safe and purpose driven environments.
