Tracey is one of the world’s leading futurists, renowned for helping organisations understand the long-term impact of emerging technologies, shifting consumer behaviours and evolving societal trends. As the Founder and Futurist of Futuremade Ltd, she advises global brands including Google, Coca-Cola, Tesco, Snapchat, BT, Lego, Diageo and Sky on future strategy and innovation. Tracey’s career began in strategic communications and marketing, where she held senior leadership positions with some of the world’s most respected organisations. Early roles included International Advertising Manager at One2One and senior brand leadership positions at Woolworths and BT. She later progressed through strategic leadership roles at Lowe, VCCP and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, becoming Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Partner. In 2016, she was appointed Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at The Future Laboratory, further strengthening her reputation as a forward-thinking strategist before launching her own futurist consultancy.

Alongside her commercial work, Tracey has built an impressive portfolio of academic, publishing and industry achievements. She is the bestselling author of ‘The Future of You’ and a contributor to Forbes, Management Today, The Guardian, The Big Issue and Spiked.
