Beth Davies is a globally recognised expert in learning, leadership development, customer experience and organisational transformation. Beth began her professional career as an Associate Attorney with Pettit & Martin before moving into employee development with Gap Inc, where she developed a passion for talent growth and organisational learning. In 1997, she founded the Retail Training Institute, establishing herself as a specialist in workforce development. Her expertise led to senior leadership positions including Director of Worldwide Talent Development and later Director of Retail Training for Apple, where she played a key role in developing learning programmes for a rapidly expanding global workforce. Following her tenure at Apple, Beth became Principal Consultant for Davies Retail & HR Consulting, before leading customer experience and training for Microsoft Stores. She then joined Tesla Motors as Director of Learning & Development, helping to build talent strategies during a period of significant growth. In 2017, she founded HR Reimagined, where she continues to advise organisations on leadership, learning and culture. She has also shared her expertise as an Adjunct Professor at the IE Business School.
