Andrew began his career as a Technical Assistant at the University of South Australia before becoming a Communications Systems Engineer for British Aerospace. He then progressed into business development roles with Singtel Optus and Telstra, building expertise in telecommunications, technology and commercial strategy. As founder of The Actionable Futurist, he developed a platform dedicated to helping organisations understand emerging trends and their business impact. Andrew went on to become CEO of PropertyLook before holding senior leadership positions as General Manager of Legion Interactive and General Manager of Seeker Wireless.

He later led Business Development at Gigafone Technologies and became Head of International Business Development and Client Strategy for Visible Technologies. His executive career continued as CEO of Kred, Global Partner of Social Business at IBM and ultimately Global Managing Partner at IBM.
