Christopher T. S Harvey, known globally as ‘The Change Guy’, is one of the leading voices in organisational transformation and workplace change. As Head of Change at Tesco, Christopher has overseen and delivered more than 200 projects spanning energy, retail, finance and professional services, helping organisations navigate complex periods of growth and disruption. Christopher began his career in 2009 as a Project Manager at GE, developing expertise in operational delivery and large-scale project management. He later joined Siemens as the Principal Project Manager before becoming an Internal Strategy Consultant at Acteon Group. Continuing to expand his leadership experience, he moved to DONG Energy as Regional Operations Lead and later spent time as a Change Lead for National Grid. His career progressed into senior strategic leadership positions, including Director of Change, Communications and Culture at PwC and Director of People Change at Mercer, before joining Tesco as Head of Change in 2021.

Academically, Christopher holds an MA in Management with a focus on business psychology and organisational behaviour, strengthening his understanding of how people and businesses adapt during periods of transformation. He also attended the High Potentials Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School. His influence extends into publishing and thought leadership, becoming GQ Magazine’s first contributing writer on business change while also writing for HR Magazine, the BBC, The Telegraph and Business Insider.
