Dean’s career began in performance psychology and talent development, initially working as a Mental Skills Coach for Chimp Management Ltd. He later joined GB Taekwondo as Talent Project Lead before progressing to National Talent Development Manager, where he played a key role in identifying and nurturing future elite athletes. Building on this expertise, Dean became Talent Pathway Manager for British Shooting, overseeing talent programmes designed to create world-class performers. His extensive experience across elite sport provided the foundation for his transition into organisational performance consulting and leadership development.
In 2020, Dean founded Dualitos Consulting, serving as Founder and Performance Director. Through Dualitos, he works with organisations to improve culture, leadership effectiveness and team performance using evidence-based approaches and in-depth organisational diagnostics. Alongside this role, he became an Associate at CDP Leadership Consultants, further expanding his work with senior leaders and executive teams.
