At just 27 years old, she became the youngest BT Contract Director, securing and leading the organisation’s largest managed service banking contract worth more than £400 million while overseeing 450 staff across global teams. Her career progressed through senior positions, including ‘A Player’ Project Manager at Barclays, IT Transformation Programme Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and later Head of UK Retail Customer Services for BT. These experiences gave Gina first-hand insight into leadership under pressure and managing large-scale organisational change.
