Helen Tupper is the co-founder and CEO of Amazing If, widely recognised for co-creating the Squiggly Careers concept alongside Sarah Ellis. Helen began her career in commercial and marketing roles, building strong foundations in customer insight and business development. She started at Britvic Soft Drinks before moving to Procter and Gamble, where she developed her expertise in brand and customer strategy. She then joined Capital One as a Senior Marketing Project Manager, later transitioning to E.ON UK as an Innovation Venture Manager. Her career progressed to BP, where she became Global Head of Customer Experience and Thought Leadership, overseeing digital strategy and communications. Helen later joined Virgin, leading Virgin Insight and then becoming Head of Marketing for Virgin Red, where she launched a new mobile-first venture. Alongside her corporate roles, she co-founded Amazing If and later held senior positions at Microsoft, including Evangelism Marketing Director and Commercial Marketing Director.

Helen is an alumna of the EY Winning Women programme and has co-authored three Sunday Times best-selling books, The Squiggly Career, You Coach You and Learn Like a Lobster. She co-hosts the Squiggly Careers podcast, which has gained millions of downloads and features prominent business voices.
