Josue’s journey to becoming a leading performance expert began in elite athletics. Representing Haiti at the 2012 Olympic Games in London before later competing for Team USA, he established himself as one of the world’s leading masters hurdlers. While studying Sport, Tourism and Hospitality alongside African American Studies at Temple University, he enjoyed considerable success in collegiate athletics, earning victories across multiple championships, including first-place finishes in both the high jump and 60m hurdles at the Delaware Invitational. Alongside his competitive achievements, Josue transitioned into coaching, working with Duke Athletics, Cerritos College and Gloveworx before becoming a leadership coach with MITT, where he has helped individuals unlock higher levels of personal and professional performance since 2017.

Josue’s achievements extend far beyond coaching. A two-time World Champion, four-time World Indoor medallist and current World Record Holder in the Indoor 60m Hurdles, he is also a four-time USATF Masters National Champion and the world’s number one ranked Masters 60m hurdler. A Hall of Fame candidate at Temple University, his sporting success has reinforced the credibility behind his coaching philosophy. He is also set to represent Team USA at the 2026 WMA Masters World Track and Field Championships in Daegu, South Korea. Through keynote presentations including Becoming Who Your Goals Require, Performance Isn’t Chased, It’s Lived and From Belief to Execution, Josue continues to influence audiences worldwide.

Whether speaking to executives, entrepreneurs, athletes or emerging leaders, Josue combines elite sporting experience with practical leadership insight to create lasting impact. His presentations focus on identity, belief systems, execution and resilience, helping audiences understand that sustainable success is built through consistent habits rather than short-term motivation. Blending authentic storytelling with actionable strategies, Josue empowers individuals to raise their personal standards, embrace accountability and perform confidently in high-pressure environments.
