Lauren Steadman MBE is one of Britain’s most accomplished Paralympians, renowned for competing at the highest international level in both swimming and paratriathlon. A three-time Paralympian and Paralympic gold medallist, Lauren has built a reputation for resilience, determination and elite sporting excellence. After beginning her international career in swimming at just fifteen years old, she later made the remarkable transition into paratriathlon, where she became one of the sport’s defining athletes.
