Louise Hill is the founder and Executive Chair of GoHenry, one of the world’s leading financial education platforms for children and teenagers. With over 500,000 customers and 250 staff, the company has served over 2 million young people. Recognised as a pioneering fintech entrepreneur, Louise has transformed the way young people learn to manage money while influencing national conversations around financial literacy. Her expertise in business transformation continued as Transformation Project Lead for the Borough of Poole, where she delivered significant organisational improvements. In 2012, Louise co-founded GoHenry, creating an innovative financial services app and prepaid debit card designed to help children develop lifelong money management skills. Since then, the company has grown from zero to £95m in revenue and over £90 in ARR, expanded internationally through the acquisition of PixPay and its merger with Acorns. Alongside her executive responsibilities, Louise serves on Innovate Finance’s Unicorn Council for UK FinTech and is a Board Advisor for The Payments Association and the JPMorganChase FinTech Forward programme.
