Pav Gill is the Founder and CEO of The Confide Platform and is internationally recognised for exposing the Wirecard scandal, one of the most significant corporate fraud cases in modern business history. As a whistleblower who helped bring global attention to widespread accounting irregularities and corporate misconduct, Pav has become a leading voice on ethics, governance, compliance and corporate accountability. Pav’s legal career began after earning an LLB from the National University of Singapore. He started as a Legal Assistant at Skadden before progressing through associate roles at leading international law firms Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance and King & Spalding. He then moved in-house, serving as Senior Legal Counsel for GoBear before joining Wirecard as its first Head of Legal for the Asia-Pacific region. Following his pivotal role in uncovering misconduct within the company, Pav continued to build his reputation across the fintech sector, holding senior legal positions including APAC Counsel for Wise, Senior Legal Counsel for BigPay and Chief Legal Officer for Zipmex.
