He later held senior marketing positions at BSkyB, HP and Ginger TV Productions before co-founding Football365 in 1997. In 2004, Simon became Chief Marketing Officer of LOVEFiLM International, helping build the streaming service that would later become the foundation for Amazon Prime Video. Following successful advisory and non-executive roles with companies such as Graze, he joined Amazon in 2014.
