Tasha Eurich is an internationally recognised organisational psychologist, New York Times bestselling author and Principal of The Eurich Group. Having worked with more than 20,000 leaders across thousands of events, Tasha is widely respected for transforming complex leadership and behavioural science into practical strategies that organisations can immediately apply. After earning a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College, followed by an MS and PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Colorado State University, Tasha began building her expertise across leadership and organisational development roles. Early in her career she worked as a consultant for Somerville Partners before joining CH2M HILL, where she progressed from Principal Consultant to Manager of Learning and Organisational Development. Alongside her industry work, she also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Management and Psychology departments at Colorado State University before later becoming Director of Leadership and Organisational Development for HealthONE and an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Centre for Creative Leadership.
