Xevi Pujolar is one of Formula One’s most respected engineering leaders, currently serving as Head of Track Engineering at Audi F1, formerly known as Sauber. With more than 20 years of experience at the pinnacle of motorsport, Xevi has become renowned for building elite high-performance cultures under pressure and delivering operational excellence across some of the sport’s most iconic teams.
