Emmanuel’s story began in Iraq, where he and his brother were discovered abandoned on a battlefield before being cared for by nuns in Baghdad. Born with underdeveloped limbs after prenatal exposure to chemical warfare, he was later adopted by Australian humanitarian Moira Kelly, who brought both boys to Australia for life-changing medical treatment. Refusing to let his circumstances define him, Emmanuel pursued his passion for music, earning international recognition through The X Factor. His success led to performances at the Sydney Opera House and the MGM Grand Arena, while collaborations with Quincy Jones, Snoop Dogg and JK Simmons established him as an artist with global appeal. Alongside Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Emmanuel also co-founded Outlyer Entertainment, a company dedicated to creating greater opportunities for differently abled talent across the entertainment industry.

Continuing to break new ground, Emmanuel released the EP No Zodiac before joining Coldplay on their Music for the Spheres tour. The record reached number three in the vinyl charts and was recognised by Rolling Stone as one of Australia’s top ten releases. Spotify also named Emmanuel among Australia’s 30 most influential artists. His remarkable journey has been captured in the documentary Dream Fever, while landmark performances at the FIFA Club World Cup, the Isle of Wight Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Peace One Day concert have cemented his reputation as a pioneering performer.

Whether addressing business leaders, educators or global organisations, Emmanuel delivers presentations that resonate long after the event has ended.
