Katherine Baldwin‘s Biography:
Katherine is a mental health and wellbeing expert, keynote speaker, author and coach who helps individuals and organisations achieve high performance without sacrificing their wellbeing. Katherine began her professional career in journalism, working as a correspondent for Bloomberg before joining Thomson Reuters. Over more than a decade in international journalism, she served as a Foreign Correspondent in Latin America, Political Correspondent at Westminster and Humanitarian Journalist for the Thomson Reuters Foundation. During this time, she travelled with Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, reported from Parliament and covered major global events, including natural disasters, conflicts and humanitarian crises. Following her journalism career, she expanded into coaching, learning and development, achieving a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and later lecturing in journalism at Bournemouth University.
Alongside her speaking work, Katherine is the author of ‘How to Fall in Love: A 10-Step Journey to the Heart’, published in 2017.
