Casper Craven is an entrepreneur, author, adventurer and leadership expert best known for completing a remarkable two-year circumnavigation of the globe with his young family aboard a 53-foot sailing yacht. Casper began his career as an Executive with Baker Tilly before moving into corporate finance, becoming a Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance and later an Associate Director within the firm. Alongside his business career, he developed a passion for sailing and leadership, serving as a Watch Leader in the BT Global Challenge Yacht Race. He went on to hold senior commercial and financial positions, including Interim CFO of BigHand, before co-founding and directing technology company Trovus. His expertise in leadership and innovation continued through roles such as Director of the Managing Partners Forum CIO Group and Co-Founder of In Start Up Mode. Following his global sailing adventure, he founded Big Bold Goals, a leadership and performance consultancy, while also serving as a Commercial Lead and Advisor for MOAI Health and as an advisor and investor in Pathogen Reduction Systems.
