Steven began his career as a Senior Consultant at InSites before progressing to Director of Brand & Conversation Research and Managing Partner at InSites Consulting, where he spent 12 years helping businesses understand consumer behaviour and digital engagement. Alongside his consultancy work, he became a Professor at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, later serving as a part-time marketing professor at Vlerick Business School while also appearing as a guest speaker at London Business School. Since 2018, he has been a Partner and Strategic Advisor for iO, while co-founding Nexxworks, Snackbytes and Zembro. He also serves as a board member of Nexxworks and Snackbytes, supporting innovation and digital transformation.
